Individual Registrants

After registering, download the Pledge Form  and use it to record donor pledges. Bring this on the morning of Doggie Dash with your pledges and donations so you will be eligible to enter for the trophy for the highest donation raised by an individual. Your registration fee counts towards eligibility to win for the highest pledges.

Team Registration

Teams are welcome and encouraged to walk! Individual team members must fill out an online Registration Form (or downloadable Registration Form) and pay individually. When registering, make sure to indicate on the form the name of your team and the name of your team captain. Also, download a copy of the Pledge Form to record your sponsors and pledge amounts.

The team captain needs to also complete an online Team Captain Information Form (or download the Team Captain Form.) The team captain will be responsible for collecting the pledge forms and donations from team members.  Each team member’s registration fee counts towards eligibility to win for the highest pledges.
